Public Offer
This document is a public offer of the company «Rent-Trip» (Almaty) to conclude a vehicle rental agreement. Version dated January 1, 2026. By using the company's services and accepting the terms of this offer, you enter into an agreement on the terms set forth below.
1. Terms and Definitions
The following terms are used in this offer:
- Lessor — the company «Rent-Trip», Almaty, providing vehicles for temporary use and offering car rental services.
- Lessee — a capable individual or legal entity that has accepted the terms of this offer and entered into a vehicle rental agreement.
- Vehicle (V, car) — a passenger car from the Lessor's fleet, transferred to the Lessee for temporary possession and use under the terms of this offer.
- Offer — this document contains all essential terms of the rental agreement and is addressed to an indefinite circle of persons.
- Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance by the Lessee of the terms of this offer in the manner prescribed in Section 2.
- Parties — the Lessor and the Lessee when referred to jointly.
2. General Provisions
2.1. This offer is an official public proposal by the Lessor to enter into a vehicle rental agreement on the terms set out below and is addressed to an indefinite circle of persons.
2.2. Acceptance of the offer is recognized as the Lessee performing any of the following actions: placing a car booking request (including via WhatsApp or by phone), agreeing on rental terms, signing the acceptance certificate and/or actually receiving the vehicle.
2.3. From the moment of acceptance of the offer, the agreement is considered concluded, and the terms of this document become binding on both Parties.
2.4. The Lessor has the right to make changes to this offer. The current version is posted on the Lessor's website; each specific agreement is governed by the version in effect at the time of its conclusion.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Lessor undertakes to provide the Lessee with a vehicle for temporary possession and use for a fee, and the Lessee undertakes to accept the vehicle, use it in accordance with its purpose and the terms of the agreement, as well as to pay the rental fee in a timely manner and return the car within the established period.
3.2. Rental may be provided in two forms:
- rental without a driver — the vehicle is driven by the Lessee themselves or a person authorized by them who meets the requirements of Section 4;
- rental with a driver — the vehicle is driven by the Lessor's driver; in this case, the Lessee does not acquire the right to drive the car independently.
3.3. The specific model, class of car, rental period and form of service provision are agreed upon by the Parties at the time of booking and are recorded in the acceptance certificate.
4. Requirements for the Lessee
4.1. When renting a car without a driver, the following requirements apply to the person driving the vehicle:
- age — at least 21 years;
- driving experience — at least 2 years;
- possession of a valid identity document (ID card);
- possession of a valid driver's license of category 'B'.
4.2. The Lessee is obliged to provide the Lessor with accurate information and original documents. The Lessor has the right to refuse to hand over the vehicle to a person who does not meet the requirements of clause 4.1, or if there are reasonable doubts about the accuracy of the documents provided.
4.3. When renting with a driver, the requirements of clause 4.1 do not apply to the Lessee; a valid identity document is sufficient.
5. Booking and Delivery Procedure
5.1. Car booking is made by sending a request to the Lessor via WhatsApp, by phone, or by any other agreed method. The request specifies the desired class or model of car, the start date and time of rental, the duration and the delivery location.
5.2. The Lessor selects a suitable vehicle, confirms availability and agrees on the final rental terms with the Lessee.
5.3. The car is handed over with an acceptance certificate, which records the vehicle's condition, completeness, odometer reading, and fuel level.
5.4. The car is provided in technically sound condition, clean, and with a full tank of fuel, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.

6.1. The rental cost is determined by the Lessor's current rates depending on the car class and rental period, and is agreed upon by the Parties at the time of booking.
6.2. The rental cost includes:
- insurance under CASCO and OSAGO programs;
- unlimited mileage within the agreed territory of use;
- vehicle maintenance during the rental period.
6.3. No deposit is required for the car.
6.4. Payment is made in the order and within the timeframes agreed by the Parties when placing the order. Rates are fixed for the agreed rental period; changes in usage conditions may result in a recalculation of the cost in accordance with this offer.
6.5. Additional fees may be charged in cases expressly provided for in Section 8 (in particular, for late return or non-compliance with fuel conditions).
7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
7.1. The Lessor undertakes to:
- provide a technically sound vehicle that matches the agreed class and order conditions;
- ensure the vehicle is insured under CASCO and OSAGO programs;
- hand over the car with a full tank of fuel and execute the acceptance certificate;
- provide the Lessee with advisory support during the rental period.
7.2. The Lessor has the right to:
- refuse to hand over the car to a person who does not meet the requirements of Section 4;
- demand timely payment and return of the car within the agreed timeframe;
- inspect the car's condition upon its return.
7.3. The Lessee undertakes to:
- use the car as intended, with care and in accordance with traffic regulations;
- not allow persons who do not meet the requirements of Section 4 to drive the car (when renting without a driver);
- return the car within the agreed timeframe, clean, and with the same fuel level as when received;
- immediately notify the Lessor of any accident, breakdown, theft, or other damage to the car.
7.4. The Renter has the right to:
- receive a vehicle that meets the agreed conditions;
- use the vehicle for the entire rental period without mileage restrictions within the agreed territory;
- contact the Lessor for support during the rental period.
8. Terms of Use and Return of the Vehicle
8.1. The vehicle is returned to the place and within the timeframe agreed by the Parties at the time of booking.
8.2. The fuel level upon return must match the level at the time of vehicle receipt. If returned with a lower fuel level, the Lessor has the right to demand compensation for the missing volume.
8.3. The vehicle is returned in a clean condition suitable for subsequent transfer to the next Renter without additional washing or interior cleaning.
8.4. A delay in returning the vehicle exceeding 1 (one) hour from the agreed time is considered the start of a new rental day and is charged as an additional day at the current rate.
8.5. Use of the vehicle outside the pick-up locality (intercity trips) is permitted only with prior agreement with the Lessor.
8.6. It is prohibited to use the vehicle for participation in races and competitions, driving instruction, transportation of dangerous goods, towing, or for any other purposes not intended for the vehicle.
9. Insurance and Liability of the Parties
9.1. The Lessor's vehicles are insured under CASCO and MTPL programs, the cost of which is included in the rental fee.
9.2. In the event of a traffic accident or other insured event, the Renter must: immediately report the incident to the Lessor and the competent authorities, not leave the scene until it is documented, ensure the circumstances are recorded, and obtain the necessary documents for insurance claim settlement.
9.3. The Parties are liable for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations in accordance with the terms of this offer and the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
9.4. The Renter compensates for damage caused to the vehicle through their fault, to the extent not covered by insurance compensation, including in cases of violation of the terms of use specified in Section 8, or in the event of an incident not recognized as insured due to the Renter's fault.
9.5. The Lessor is not responsible for personal belongings left by the Renter in the vehicle's cabin.
10. Force Majeure
10.1. The Parties are released from liability for partial or complete non-fulfillment of obligations under the agreement if it is a consequence of force majeure circumstances that arose after the conclusion of the agreement and which the Parties could not foresee or prevent by reasonable measures.
10.2. Force majeure circumstances include, in particular, natural disasters, fires, accidents, epidemics, military actions, acts of state authorities, and other extraordinary events.
10.3. The Party for which it becomes impossible to fulfill obligations must notify the other Party of the occurrence and cessation of these circumstances within a reasonable time. During the period of force majeure, the fulfillment of obligations is suspended.
11. Validity period of the offer and details of the Lessor
11.1. This offer comes into force from the date of its publication and is valid until revoked or replaced by a new version. Revision date — .
