Mountains: Medeu, Shymbulak and the pass
On the climb to Medeu and Shymbulak, brakes and all-wheel drive matter — the GX 2024, GX 2016 and LX handle it more confidently here. In winter there is snow and ice on the pass, in summer there are steep winding roads with limited visibility. In our experience, on mountain routes the GX 2024 is chosen more often: the body-on-frame construction and ground clearance provide a margin on dirt roads and rocks.
Long-distance routes: Kolsai, Charyn and trips to Kyrgyzstan
For Kolsai and the Charyn Canyon you need luggage capacity and comfort on the highway — the TX 2024, RX 2021 and LX will do. For trips to Kyrgyzstan we arrange border-crossing documents in advance; the route through Kordai takes about 4 hours to Bishkek. For a large group, it is worth taking the 7-seat TX 2024 so you can travel in one vehicle.
Rental terms: documents, mileage, insurance
Rental is arranged under a contract with a passport and a driver's license. Below are the key terms.
Documents and paperwork
- Passport: the renter's ID card or passport.
- License: a category B driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Contract: signed upon handover, a copy stays with the renter.
- Age: the driver must be at least 23 years old — a standard condition for the premium class.
Mileage, fuel and vehicle condition
The rate includes mileage of up to 200 km per day; beyond the limit there is an additional per-kilometer charge under the contract. The car is handed over with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank — this makes fuel costs easier to calculate. Before handover we record the condition of the body and interior in a report so that there are no disputes upon return.
Insurance and 24/7 support
Every car is insured under OSAGO, and roadside technical assistance is available for the entire rental period. If the car won't start or an accident occurs, call the manager on WhatsApp — we will advise you on what to do and, if necessary, arrange a replacement car.
Booking, payment and extension
Booking is done via WhatsApp: the manager confirms the model, dates and delivery. Payment is in cash or by transfer via Kaspi and Halyk; we issue a receipt on the spot. For an extension, let us know at least a day in advance — if the car is not booked by the next client, we will leave it with you.

Return is carried out under a report: we check the body, interior, fuel level and mileage. The deposit is returned within 1–3 business days after the car is returned without damage or fines. If Sergek fines are found, we deduct their amount from the deposit with confirmation.
