A fully loaded minivan sways on the climb, and the braking distance grows. If there are more than five people in the group and the route is mountainous, the compromise is an all-wheel-drive crossover with a roof rack, not a fully loaded minivan. For the flat highway to Kapchagay or Charyn, the difference is not critical; there a minivan is more comfortable. On a serpentine, keep the gear lower and don't brake in the turn — brake before it.

Scheduled maintenance and replacement of consumables are on our side, you don't pay for that separately. Exact amounts: economy and comfort — 50,000 ₸; business, SUVs, minivans and commercial vehicles — 100,000 ₸; premium — 150,000 ₸; unique — 200,000 ₸. It is returned within 1–3 business days after the car is handed back without damage or fines. The deposit is not a rental fee but insurance against damage and unpaid fines from 'Sergek' cameras. If the trip goes cleanly, the amount goes back to the card in full. Payment is accepted via Kaspi or Halyk.

The rental contract fixes the route, term, deposit and mileage limit — it is signed before departure, and a copy stays with you.
