It is returned within 1–3 business days after returning the car without damage or fines. The deposit is blocked on a Kaspi or Halyk card — this is standard practice for rentals in Almaty. If the car is returned in the same condition as received, we return the full amount without deductions. We also accept cash deposits, but for the return you will need to come to the office in person. For rentals of 7 days or more, the deposit can be reduced — this is agreed individually when booking.

Mileage and fuel
