An odd number is easier to line up in a column on the narrow streets of the center and on the serpentine to Medeu, where turning around takes time: an even pair of cars on the ascent to the skating rink constantly loses formation. The deposit is refunded within 1–3 business days after the car is returned without damage or fines: for a business sedan it is 100,000 ₸, for premium — 150,000 ₸, for unique models — 200,000 ₸. Before handover, the car is washed, fueled and checked — we record its condition in photos together with the client so that there are no disputes upon return. Support works around the clock: if something happens to the car on the wedding day, we will replace it or resolve the issue on the spot. In our experience last season, replacements were needed a couple of times — both times we provided another car of the same class within an hour.

Keep traffic in mind: on weekday mornings Al-Farabi Avenue is busy, and on Saturdays the center is closed for wedding corteges, so allow an extra 20–30 minutes for transfers. • Light and time: for shooting in nature, it is better to leave at dawn or an hour before sunset — soft light and fewer cars in the frame.

It is more convenient to transport guests in a minivan or crossover — they fit more people per trip than a sedan. If there are 10–15 guests, one minivan plus a couple of business sedans is enough: that way everyone gets to the restaurant without waiting outside. For out-of-town guests who have flown in for the wedding, it is worth booking a transfer from Almaty airport for the specific flight time — we deliver the car to the exit and take them to the hotel.
